The services hmR provides are done so with a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, in order to satisfy our users. Nonetheless, there is a limit to what we can provide regarding our services.

Neither hmR nor its suppliers or distributors guarantee any extra terms that are not specified in the present Terms of Use. Warranties of Services content, specific Service function, reliability, availability, or user needs satisfaction are not done.

Liability for our Services

In cases where this is permitted by law, hmR, its suppliers and distributors are not liable for profit, revenue or data, financial loss or indirect, special, derivatives, exemplary or punitive damages.
