hmR acquires majority share in ActOne, SA
The agreement contributes to the enhancement of the business and to the strengthening of the ambition of expansion for the various European markets.
As part of its strategic business growth and development plan, hmR acquired a 76% share in ActOne, SA. With this acquisition, we intend to provide added value to the clients of both organisations, for the complementary services offered and for the joint experience of both companies in the markets where they operate. This operation will also accelerate the implementation of the strategic vision of shareholders regarding the positioning and ambitions for the European market.
hmR is a company that specialises in the generation of knowledge and consulting services, which is essential for the decision-making support of companies operating in the health sector, based on data collected in pharmacies, health spaces and the hospital environment.
ActOne is a company dedicated exclusively to the health sector, engaging in the development of market studies focused on the analysis of the behaviour of health professionals, and in the development and adaptation of technological solutions geared to the needs of companies operating in this sector.
In this new framework, and considering the experience accumulated in the sector and the deep knowledge of the business and of the clients, the current members of ActOne will be an integral part of the executive management team, continuing to be an active part in monitoring the Company's activity and in pursuit of its strategy.
